FAQ
When should we book a holiday party?
We recommend booking your party as early as possible. December Fridays and Saturdays book up quickly, while weeknights and other months offer more availability.
Can we bring in a DJ or band?
Yes. Outside DJs and bands are welcome but need to bring their own sound equipment, since they can’t plug into the house audio.
The Legacy Saloon and National Western Club both have small stages.
Can we use the outdoor terrace in winter?
Yes. The Coors Family Terrace features 3 large fire pits and a large fireplace, perfect for year-round use. The terrace connects directly to the indoor Orr Western Lounge, providing a comfortable indoor-outdoor option.
