Stands were packed as Angus breeders kicked off their week with the Angus Roll of Victory Bull Show in Stadium Arena. The competition was deep as Chuck Brost, Larkspur, Colorado, and associate judge Tom Dalby, Cameron, Texas, sorted through the show.

“With a set of bulls like this, the Angus breed is in awfully good shape,” Brost said.

WCC Classic D55 took home the top prize of Grand Champion Roll of Victory Bull, owned by Webster Farms, Wilson Cattle Company, and Foose Show Cattle. Jack Dameron took home the Reserve Grand Bull with Dameron CB First Responder.

Herdsman of the year was announced during the Grand Drive. Randy White and Dinah Johnston of Pollard Farms were given the honor of being named the 2018 American Angus Association Herdsman of the year.
