Trade Show Exhibitor
National Western Stock Show, January 11-26, 2020
To apply, please complete the online application and upload pictures or catalogs of your product/service and booth display. A new application is required for each show as we do not keep them on file. Applications that do not include photos/catalogs and a picture of your booth display will not be considered.
Exhibitors from the previous show, who are in good standing, are given the first right of refusal to their booth space. Spaces that become available are assigned to new exhibitors at the sole discretion of NWSS. We strive to maintain a product balance throughout all exhibit areas. Some factors considered when choosing new exhibitors are the health and safety of the public, product balance of exhibitors, space requirements, uniqueness of the product, and the professionalism of the exhibit display. Please note that we receive more applications than we can accommodate and we do our best to place new exhibitors throughout our facility as spaces become available.
Once you submit your completed application, you will receive an email confirmation. Space assignments for new exhibitors will begin in September 2019 and end in late October 2019. Unfortunately, we will not know about space availability before this time.
If you have questions, please contact Bridget Oakes, Trade Show Manager at email@example.com or call 720-299-5524. Thank you for your interest in the National Western Stock Show, and we look forward to receiving your application.
If you are a food and beverage exhibitor, please contact KM Concessions, Darrin Mauser at 303-291-2565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hall of Education/Expo Hall is the central hub for several activities. The main floor houses a wide variety of exhibitors and has the largest amount of exhibit space. The third floor is home to Children’s Ranchland as well as agricultural education exhibits. You can find the majority of the children’s activities on this floor.
Stadium Hall and the historic Stadium Arena are located in the Hall of Education/Expo Hall building. Stadium Hall is comprised of agricultural exhibitors, and Stadium Arena is the home of livestock shows such as Junior Livestock, Stock Dog Trials, and Team Mutton Bustin. Many of the exhibit spaces in the Stadium Arena are on the backside of the bleachers and have low ceiling heights and non-traditional space configurations.
Events Center is the equine building, and home to all of the horse shows as well as 13 ticketed events such as Xtreme Dogs and Wild West shows. The exhibit spaces in this building are located on the concourse surrounding the arena. The building is closed to guests and exhibitors on the first Monday of the show due to the annual Citizen of the West dinner.
Denver Coliseum is home to all 29 National Western Rodeo performances including Colorado vs. the World events, Mexican Rodeos, PBR Rodeos, MLK Junior Rodeo and PRCA Pro Rodeo performances. The exhibit spaces are located on the concourse surrounding the arena and have some height restrictions or possible limitations due to pillars and arena portals.
