Feeding Hours – Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center – Exhibitors are welcome to access the Livestock Center via the Livestock Center access road from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for morning feeding. All vehicles must be cleared from the area by 8:00 a.m.
Night Tie Out Information – Cattle Exhibitors: The rail line is open weekdays from 5:00 p.m. overnight until 10:00 a.m. and remains open from approximately 5:00 p.m. Friday through Monday morning on weekends. Tie-outs are always accessible by going under the Marion Overpass toward the NWSS Hill and following the designated tie-out path.

Exhibitor Badge Details
- 1 exhibitor badge included with each exhibitor entry
- 3 cattle entered = +1 badge
- 5 cattle entered = +2 badges

Accepting trailers 24 hours per day
- If assistance is needed or an emergency requires an arrival adjustment, exhibitors should contact the NWSS Main Livestock Stalling office at 720-868-5117 by 7pm each day to reservice an overnight arrival time.

Important Arrival Notes
- Arrival times, release order, and on-site access are managed by NWSS staff
- Vehicles will be released from staging only when directed
- National Western Drive may be southbound only during peak arrival periods and requires proper credentials
