DENVER, CO – The National Western Stock Show, presented by CommonSpirit Health, is proud to announce Logan Maxwell Hagege as the Featured Artist for the 2026 Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale. This milestone event marks the debut of the exhibit in its stunning new home in The Legacy, in a state-of-the-art space that will elevate the Coors Western Art Show to new heights.

It was nearly twenty-five years ago that Hagege immediately became a fixture on the Western Art Scene with what he refers to as his “stylized realism,” a painting style of Hagege’s own invention. This style draws out geometrical design in the natural world through keen observation, with similar patterning found in blanketed figures and riders on horseback.

“We are delighted to have Logan Maxwell Hagege as the featured artist for the 2026 edition of the Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale,” says Kate Hlavin, Curator of the Coors Western Art Show. “This year marks a milestone for the National Western Stock Show as we embark on our new chapter in The Legacy building. Logan is a terrific choice to commemorate this monumental event for the Coors Western Art Show, and I know his paintings will be fantastic. Logan is one of the most important artists painting the American West, and we are honored to have him be the Featured Artist.”

Hagege (b. 1980) is now based in Ojai, California where he lives with his wife and two children. He is also an accomplished musician and former competitive surfer.

“I’m honored to be selected as the Featured Artist for the 2026 Coors Exhibition,” says Hagege. “I’ve had such strong support from the Denver art community for the last 20 years, so it feels great to have the opportunity to show my work again at the Coors Show.”
