And where every person who steps into our spaces-whether for the first time or the fiftieth —becomes part of the story. For over a century, the National Western Stock Show has been that open door. Sixteen days in January where tradition comes alive, where the the dust of the arena and the pride in every step connect generations. But sixteen days are just the start. Because the spirit of the West isn’t bound to a season. It’s alive here, all year round.
With the grand opening of The Legacy and Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center, were building more than a campus, we’re creating a new home for the next hundred years of the West. A place where students, ranchers, families, and dreamers can gather, grow, and shape what comes next.
So no matter where you come from, city or country, old soul or new blood, there’s a place for you here.
Because the West isn’t just something you’re born into.
It’s something you belong to.

For more than a century, the National Western Stock Show has been an iconic place of gathering—an open door that swings wide for sixteen days every January.
