By purchasing or using the NW Club Pass, members and guests agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. By purchasing or using the NW Club Pass, members and guests agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
   1. Pass Holder and Designated Companion: The NW Club Pass is issued to the named pass holder and is non-transferable. As a benefit available exclusively to Lifetime Members, a Lifetime Member may designate one spouse or significant other residing at the same address as a Designated Companion to use the Lifetime Member’s NW Club Pass in the member’s absence. The designated companion may use the pass independently of the Lifetime Member but may not transfer, lend, or otherwise permit another individual to use the pass. This designated companion privilege does not apply to Annual Members.
   2. Guest Policy: The named pass holder or, for Lifetime Members, their authorized designated companion, may host a maximum of six (6) guests at any one time while utilizing the NW Club. The pass holder or designated companion must be present with their guests while accessing the NW Club. Guests may not use the pass independently.
   3. Identification: The named pass holder and authorized designated companion may be required to present valid identification or membership credentials upon request. The National Western Stock Show Association reserves the right to verify the identity of the pass holder or designated companion.
   4. Food and Beverage: Lunches are not included with the NW Club Pass and must be purchased separately.
   5. Reservations: Reservations are limited to a minimal number of slots per day and first come, first served. Reservations will be placed in the Executive Dining Room within the NW Club, versus the general seating area. Reservations may be requested by completing the NW Club Reservation Request Form. All reservations must be confirmed by the Membership Department.
