National Western is on the hunt for a National Anthem singer this January! Warm up your vocal cords, and dust off your boots -- the National Anthem contest opens October 10. Details are below -- good luck!

Video Submissions

Open October 10 - October 24 at midnight.
*New* Videos must be recorded for this contest, using the opening script provided. Videos from live events, previous years or other contests will not be accepted.

Video Script: Hi/Hello, my name is (we are) ____, from ____(city, state), and I'm auditioning to sing the National Anthem at the 2024 National Western Stock Show.

Voting

The top 9 videos submitted will be selected to move into the voting round. The top 9 singers will be contacted on October 25, and voting will begin on October 26. The video with the most likes/votes will win the grand prize.

Voting Timeline: October 26 - November 8 at 11:59 pm

Winner

The voting closes on November 8 at 11:59 pm, the winner will be contacted on November 9th and will be announced live on the radio with 98.5 KYGO on November 10.

Grand Prize: One lucky winner will get to sing the National Anthem at a pro rodeo during the 2024 National Western Stock Show.
